But the mission goes sideways when Buck and several of the SEALs are injected, and Melinda is forced to find a cure, or lose the man she loves. Buck the System by Margaret Madigan was published in July 2022. This book is number two of The Adventures of Buck and Mindy series and it's apart of the SWAK / Specials Forces: Operation Alpha series. 

This is one of the book series that links to the famous Susan Stoker's world of books. This is my second book with Mindy and Buck and I have to say this was one of my favorites of the three. I loved how Buck had to learn to let go so that Mindy could be in charge and find her wings. She surely did find her wings in this book by ordering out big old SEALs. Though there are some parts of the book where you will want to cry and scream. The plot flowed really great throughout the book and the characters felt real like they are standing in front of you. Though I highly recommend reading these books in order or you can be lost. The author did a great job with the personality of the two main characters as they are the same from book one though maybe a little wiser as now they have each other. I highly recommend checking out this book out.
